Job Description
HE SHOULD HAVE GOOD EXPEREINCE OF MAKING VEGETERIAN CHINESE CUISINE IN ANY OF THE REPUTED CLOUD KITCHEN OR RESTURANT. HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF THAI / PAN ASIAN CUSINE WILL BE ADDED ADVANTAGE.HE SHOULD HAVE A FLIXIBLE APPROACH TO ADOPT THE WORK NEEDS AS PER BUSINESS .
- Prepare Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, soups, starters, and gravies.
- Ensure food taste, quality, and presentation as per standards.
- Prepare sauces, marinades, and Chinese ingredients.
- Manage Chinese kitchen section and handle orders efficiently.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and ingredients.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth operations.
- Monitor food wastage and maintain stock usage.
- Follow food safety standards and kitchen guidelines.
