Key Responsibilities

• Section Management: Run your assigned kitchen station smoothly and make sure all food items for that section are ready on time.
• Food Quality & Prep: Cook dishes based on exact recipes, maintain high presentation standards, and follow rotation rules like FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Guide Junior Staff: Train and supervise junior cooks, commis chefs, and kitchen trainees working in your section.
• Inventory Control: Check daily stock levels, track food waste, and inform the sous chef when ingredients run low.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Keep your workstation clean and strictly follow food hygiene and safety rules.
