Job Description
π We're Hiring: Chat Support Specialists! π
Job Responsibilities
Provide customer support via chat for service, technical, and e-commerce-related queries.
Deliver accurate, professional, and timely resolutions.
Handle up to 3 customer chats simultaneously while maintaining quality.
Document customer interactions and follow established support processes.
Stay updated on products, policies, and technical information.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in Chat Support is preferred for experienced candidates.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Typing speed of 35+ WPM with 90% accuracy (assessment required).
Good knowledge of smartphones, consumer electronics, and digital products.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Age: Up to 35 years.
Training
14 Days Training + 1 Week OJT (Certification upon completion).
Work Schedule
Full-Time | 1-Year Renewable Contract
6 Days Working
Rotational Shifts:
9:00 AM β 6:00 PM (For female)
9:00 PM β 9:00 PM (Window for male's shift depends on business requirement)
1 Hour Break (30 mins lunch + two 15-min breaks)
Salary & Incentives
Freshers: βΉ25,000 CTC
Experienced Candidates: Up to βΉ35,000 CTC (based on experience)
Performance Incentives: Up to βΉ3,000/month (Attendance, CSAT, FSR & Productivity Metrics)
