Job Description

Location: Sector 63, Noida


Position: Chat & Email Support Executive


Compensation


  • Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC/month + Performance Incentives up to ₹3,000
  • Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹35,000 CTC/month + Performance Incentives


Eligibility


  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Maximum age: 35 years
  • Typing speed: Minimum 35 WPM
  • Typing accuracy: 90% or above
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Relevant experience in Chat/Email Support preferred as applicable


Experience Requirement


  • Chat Support: Prior experience in Chat/Live Chat/Web Chat/Customer Service Chat required
  • Email Support: Prior experience in an Email Support process required


Shift & Work Schedule


  • Male Candidates: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM shift window; any 9-hour shift
  • Female Candidates: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • 6 working days with rotational week off
