CASA Sales Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven CASA Sales Officer to acquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers through field sales, referrals, and local market activities. The candidate will be responsible for building a strong liability portfolio while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new Current & Savings Account (CASA) customers through field visits and open market sourcing.

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and local networking.

• Achieve monthly CASA acquisition, funding, and revenue targets.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Cross-sell banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, Loans, and Digital Banking services.

• Ensure accurate KYC documentation and regulatory compliance during account opening.

• Coordinate with branch operations for smooth account activation and customer onboarding.

• Resolve customer queries and provide prompt after-sales service.
