Job Description
Contact potential and existing customers to promote herbal and Ayurvedic healthcare products.
Explain product features and health benefits in a clear and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/Excel reports.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
