Business Intelligence Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Manage regular communication with all existing and running franchise partners.

Handle franchisee calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.

Record and manage franchisee queries, requests, and service issues.

Coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve issues.

Send franchisees regular emails, updates, notices, documents, and important information.

Maintain complete franchisee records and communication history in the CRM.

Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with franchisees for new store openings and ongoing requirements.

Collect franchisee feedback and report important matters to management.

Maintain daily and weekly CRM and support reports.

Keep all franchise information updated and organized.

Requirements

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Fluent in English and Hindi.

Good email writing and communication skills.

Strong coordination and organizational skills.

CRM and basic computer knowledge.

Customer service, CRM, or franchise support experience preferred.

Responsible, professional, and detail-oriented.
