Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Research and identify potential clients across hospitality and other industries.
- Build a sales pipeline through outbound and inbound channels.
- Communicate professionally through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other business channels.
- Understand client requirements and pain points.
- Conduct product demonstrations for HotelX, GrowthX, and other solutions.
- Prepare sales pitches and handle objections effectively.
- Follow up consistently and move opportunities toward closure.
- Coordinate client onboarding with internal teams.
- Maintain CRM records and manage leads accurately.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Share customer feedback with product and marketing teams to drive improvement.
