  • Development & SalesGenerate new business opportunities through strategic lead generation, networking, cold calling, and client engagement activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government organizations, IT companies, public sector enterprises, embassies, high commissions, and multinational organizations.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and propose customized Facility Management solutions.
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals, RFP responses, tenders, and technical presentations in line with client requirements.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close contracts while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

 Market

  • Research & Client AcquisitionIdentify emerging business opportunities, upcoming commercial developments, and new market segments.
  • Conduct market intelligence activities to track existing properties, tenants, facility management service providers, and contract renewal cycles.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Explore new sectors and business verticals in alignment with organizational growth strategies.

Site

  • Survey & Proposal ManagementConduct detailed site surveys and facility inspections to assess operational requirements and site dynamics.
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Transition teams to develop manpower deployment strategies and equipment planning.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals incorporating manpower planning, equipment deployment, scope of work, and costing based on client requirements.

 Client

  • Relationship ManagementBuild long-term strategic relationships with clients and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract execution and post-sales support.
  • Ensure seamless handover of project details to the Operations and Transition teams following successful client acquisition.

 Sales

  • Operations & ReportingDrive sales and marketing initiatives to achieve assigned revenue and business development targets.
  • Manage key corporate accounts and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Prepare and submit Daily Activity Reports (DAR), Weekly Reviews, MIS reports, Monthly Management Reports, and sales forecasts.

  • & Contract ManagementPrepare and submit RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, tenders, and commercial proposals in compliance with client specifications and organizational standards.

  • Ensure timely submission of all bid-related documentation while maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
