Business Development Manager (BDM)

Acumen GPS India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven B2B corporate sales experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of achieving sales targets, generating new business, and building long-term client relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new B2B business opportunities and acquire corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
• RequirementsMBA (Marketing/International Business preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of Corporate B2B Sales experience.
• Proven sales record with consistent target achievement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business development and relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
