Job Summary

Neocasa Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales revenue, managing client relationships, leading sales initiatives, and achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
  • Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Handle end-to-end sales processes from inquiry to booking closure.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to maximize lead generation activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive channel partner acquisition and relationship management.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for seamless customer experience. 

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of the Real Estate Sales process.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Relevant experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
