Job Description

Business Development Manager – Client Acquisition (BPO)

➡️Job Responsibilities:

Acquire new domestic and international BPO clients.

Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

➡️ Requirements:

5–6 years of experience in BPO business development/client acquisition.

Proven track record of closing BPO deals or in similar domain.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience in domestic and/or international BPO is preferred.
