Role Overview

The BDM will lead business development initiatives, identify new partnership opportunities, and expand the

organization's e-commerce and medical channel presence. This role involves devising strategic business plans,

managing client relationships, identifying sales leads, and aligning e-commerce strategies with organizational

goals.

Key Responsibilities -

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in E-commerce and medical sectors

• Build and manage partnerships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and distributors

• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals

E-commerce Management

• Manage and optimize product listings across platforms

• Drive online sales through campaigns, promotions, and performance marketing coordination

• Monitor analytics, sales trends, and customer behavior to improve conversions

Medical Channel Expansion

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote product adoption

• Conduct product presentations and training sessions for doctors and clinics

• Maintain strong relationships with key medical stakeholders

Market Strategy & Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities

• Develop pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies

• Track KPIs and prepare regular business performance reports

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams

• Ensure seamless execution of campaigns and product launches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field• 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or E-commerce

• Strong understanding of online marketplaces and digital sales channels

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in women's health, fertility, or medical products

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects in healthcare

• Prior experience handling both B2B (medical) and B2C (E-commerce) channels
