Business Development Manager (BDM)

Salary will be 100,000/- per month against a target of 8 lacs issued business from any number of agents. 

The agents will be directly recruited by you to the insurance company. They will give the irda exam. We will pay the fees. No fees is to be charged from the agent. 

The comission will directly go to agent account. The agent will be directly connected to the insurance company. This salary is only your salary.

In Bajaj life and max life there is no Irda exam. They can work directly as insurance manager. 

They will get a salary also from Bajaj.
