Job Description:

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in B2B sales within the Security Services / Facility Management industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and managing relationships across corporate and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities in security services and facility management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, societies, warehouses, and manufacturing units

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and understand requirements

• Prepare proposals, pricing, and close deals

• Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of services

• Maintain sales pipeline and submit regular reports

Experience & Skills Required:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals

• Target-driven and self-motivated

Industry Preference:

• Candidates from Security Services / Facility Management / Manpower Services will be preferred

Client Exposure Required: Corporate offices, Residential societies, Warehouses / logistics companies, Manufacturing / industrial units

Educational Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory), MBA preferred

Salary & Benefits: 06 to 08 LPA • 05 to 10 LPA (Hike on current salary as per market standards)
