About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to help grow our business by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and generating sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions/services.
• Conduct product or service presentations to prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM/software.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments. 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B/B2C sales.

Knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
