Role Summary

We are hiring high-performing sales professionals to drive credit card acquisition through open market channels. The role demands strong field execution, networking ability, and a result-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition through open market sourcing

• Generate leads via corporate visits, government offices, and field activities

• Execute market mapping, canopy campaigns, and cold calling

• Deliver presentations in corporates and large gatherings

• Build a strong pipeline and ensure target achievement

• Ensure compliance and timely processing of applications

Eligibility

• Graduate (Mandatory)

• Experience in BFSI / Sales / Credit Card sourcing preferred

Key Skills

• Strong communication in English, Hindi & local language

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

• Target-driven with strong field sales orientation

Compensation

• ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

• Must own a Bike/Scooter for field work
