This role is responsible for creating, nurturing, and converting CFO-level opportunities into business for Ashrey Consulting.


Job Role: Manager – Growth & CFO Engagement (B2B Consulting)Role Objective (What success looks like)Drive qualified CFO / Finance Head conversations and revenue pipeline through:

  • Webinars & digital funnels
  • Offline events & partnerships
  • Direct CXO engagement support
  • Key Responsibilities1. Webinar & Digital Demand EngineConceptualize and execute high-impact webinars (topic → promotion → delivery → conversion)
  • Manage email campaigns using Zoho Campaigns
  • Drive LinkedIn outreach and engagement targeting CFOs and finance leaders
  • Build landing pages, registration funnels, and follow-up sequences
  • Convert attendees into qualified meetings
  • 2. CFO & CXO Engagement (Core Requirement)Initiate and manage conversations with:
  • CFOs
  • Finance Controllers
  • ERP decision-makers
  • Participate in client meetings and:
  • Support positioning of Ashrey Consulting
  • Build trust with senior stakeholders
  • Speak confidently on:
  • ERP inefficiencies
  • MIS gaps
  • Finance transformation challenges
  • 3. Offline Marketing & EventsIdentify and participate in:
  • CFO forums
  • ERP partner events
  • Industry networking platforms
  • Co-organize:
  • CFO roundtables
  • Finance leadership seminars
  • Represent the firm alongside leadership in external engagements
  • 4. Partnerships & Ecosystem BuildingBuild relationships with:
  • ERP players (especially SAP ecosystem partners)
  • CA firms
  • CFO communities
  • Develop co-branded webinars, events, and lead-sharing opportunities
  • 5. Pipeline Creation & Conversion SupportEnsure consistent lead flow:
  • Webinars → Meetings → Proposals
  • Track and manage leads from first touchpoint to meeting stage
  • Follow up aggressively to convert interest into business discussions
  • Key Deliverables / KPIs15–25 qualified CFO meetings per month
  • 2–4 webinars executed monthly
  • Conversion rate: Attendees → Meetings
  • Active CFO/Finance network growth
  • Contribution to revenue pipeline
  • Candidate ProfileExperience3–7 years in:
  • B2B marketing / growth
  • Consulting / SaaS / ERP ecosystem
  • SkillsStrong communication & business articulation
  • Understanding of finance / ERP environment
  • Hands-on execution (not just strategy)
  • Confidence in CXO interactions
  • Preferred ExposureERP systems like SAP
