Job Description


​We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and facilitating property transactions.

​Key Responsibilities

​Lead Generation: Actively scout for potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.

​Client Engagement: Understand client requirements, conduct property viewings, and provide expert advice on our real estate portfolio.

​Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

​Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with market trends, property prices, and competitor activities to provide informed insights to clients.

​Negotiation & Closing: Assist clients through the buying/leasing process, handle negotiations, and ensure smooth closure of deals.

​Sales Targets: Work consistently toward achieving individual and team sales targets.


​Required Qualifications & Skills

​Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

​Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

​Mindset: A strong "hunter" mentality with a go-getter attitude and high levels of perseverance.

​Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and represent the company professionally.

​Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfort with using CRM tools/social media for business.

​Mobility: Ability to travel within the city for client meetings and site visits.
