Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills with a passion for real estate sales.


  • Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
  • Identify prospective customers and convert inquiries into site visits and sales.
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
  • Schedule and coordinate property site visits with clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and documentation processes.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or real estate sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
