Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets in the real estate sector.Generate leads through outbond calls,refferal and other marketing activities,schedule client meeting,maintain accurate lead records,coordinate with the sales manager maintain lead records and update customer information in thr CRM.- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and investment properties.

- Generate leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, digital platforms, and direct marketing.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, property buyers, builders, and channel partners.

- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to site visits and deal closure.

- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize property deals.

- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property prices, and investment opportunities.

- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance updates for senior management.

- Guide and motivate the business development team to improve productivity and conversions.

- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.
