Job Summary:

Human Heroes Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, maintaining strong business relationships, and promoting recruitment and staffing solutions to organizations across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, references, and market research.

• Identify and acquire new clients for Recruitment, Staffing, and HR Consultancy services.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to understand hiring requirements.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.

• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, contracts, and sales activities.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

• Good understanding of B2B Sales and Business Development.

• Strong client acquisition and lead generation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, Marketing, or B2B Sales.

• Experience in Manpower Staffing, Recruitment, HR Consultancy, Facility Management, or Service Industry will be an added advantage.

• BBA/MBA candidates preferred.

• Strong networking and client-handling skills.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term business relationships.
