Job Description

UPROI Digital is hiring a Business Development Executive with experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring international clients, and selling Digital Marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.
• Acquire clients from international markets such as the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
• Pitch Digital Marketing services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Performance Marketing.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Build strong client relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Update CRM and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency (Mandatory).
• Experience in International Sales and Client Acquisition.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and other Digital Marketing services.
• Comfortable working in the US Shift from a Work From Home setup.
