Job Title: Business Development Executive – Sales (IT & Digital Marketing)

We’re now looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth through strategic client acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:



Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in IT services and digital marketing.



Conduct market research to identify potential clients in target industries.



Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.



Understand client requirements and pitch appropriate digital and tech solutions.



Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, marketers) to tailor proposals and presentations.



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.



Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates using CRM tools.



Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.




Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.



1–4 years of sales/business development experience (preferably in IT/digital marketing).



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.



Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.



Comfortable with outbound lead generation and high-volume outreach.
