Responsibilities
✅ Handle inbound leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, Google & Property Portals
✅ Call and follow up with prospective tenants
✅ Schedule and conduct property visits
✅ Convert inquiries into bookings
✅ Maintain lead database and follow-up records
✅ Coordinate room allotment with operations team
✅ Ensure smooth onboarding of new residents
✅ Generate referrals from existing tenants
✅ Maintain occupancy reports
✅ Work towards monthly occupancy targets
