Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Business Growth



Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Groweon CRM



Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold meetings, referrals, and networking



Meet prospective clients, understand their business needs, and present suitable CRM solutions



Handle the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and meetings to negotiation and deal closure



Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of SME and enterprise clients



Identify new market opportunities and expand business presence in assigned territories



Field Sales & Team Management



Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives/BDEs



Assign sales territories, monitor daily activities, and ensure target achievement



Conduct regular field visits with the team for performance monitoring and coaching



Train team members on product pitching, objection handling, and sales conversion strategies



Ensure disciplined reporting, follow-ups, and CRM updates by the sales team



Client Relationship Management



Build strong relationships with business owners, founders, and decision-makers



Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations



Understand customer pain points and position Groweon CRM as a business growth solution



Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support after closure



Sales Strategy & Reporting



Track daily sales activities, conversions, and revenue performance



Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback for management



Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead generation campaigns and field activation strategies



Analyze competitor activities and customer feedback to strengthen sales strategy




Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)



2–5 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or SaaS/CRM sales



Strong experience in direct client handling and face-to-face sales meetings



Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills



Ability to lead and motivate a field sales team



Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets



Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment




Preferred Experience



Experience in CRM, SaaS, or software solution sales



Exposure to SME and mid-market customer segments



Strong local market knowledge and networking abilities



Experience in territory sales and field team management
