Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with working professionals and generate leads for online courses.
  • Understand candidates’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
  • Counsel prospective learners regarding course benefits, fees, and enrollment.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication and convincing skills.
  • 6 months–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or educational counselling preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
