Job Description

· Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, references, and online research.

· Bring new recruitment/staffing or service projects to the company.

· Research potential companies and identify key decision-makers (HR, TA Heads, Managers, Founders).

· Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales/management team for project closure.

· Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain strong relationships.

· Achieve monthly or quarterly targets for lead generation and project acquisition.

· Track market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Lead Generation / Business Development.

· Proven experience in bringing new projects or clients.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Good knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and lead generation tools.

· Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

· Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
