Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Real Estate Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage potential customer leads through calls and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property/project information.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle customer queries and provide professional assistance throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an advantage.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on interview performance and experience.
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Noida Sector 153, NPX by Urbtech Mall, Near Sector 148 Metro Station.
