Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to generate and convert leads into long-term business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
  • Present company products/services effectively to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Attend networking events, meetings, and business conferences when required.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
