About the RoleXziant Communication Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated, confident, and target-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales, client interaction, and business development.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients and leads in the US market.
• Understand customer requirements, identify business opportunities, and present suitable services or solutions.
• Build rapport with prospects and maintain professional client relationships.
• Follow up with interested leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Handle customer queries, address concerns, and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM or company systems.
• Work collaboratively with team leaders and colleagues to achieve individual and team goals.
• RequirementsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good conversational English and confidence in speaking with US-based prospects.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• A target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and improve.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and online tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, Sector 63, during the US night shift.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
