Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) for our International Process. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with international clients, scheduling meetings, and supporting business growth through outbound sales activities. Strong English communication skills are mandatory. Business Development Executives typically focus on lead generation, client relationship building, market research, and revenue growth.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online research.
  • Contact potential clients in US, UK, UAE, and other international markets.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Handle cold calling, cold emailing, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities.
  • Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and email outreach tools.
  • Ability to work in target-driven environment.
  • Good understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • QualificationGraduate in any stream.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
  • Experience in International Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development is preferred.
