Business Development Associate

Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for engaging leads, nurturing relationships, and driving conversions through effective communication and relationship-building strategies. The role involves proactive outreach, appointment setting, conducting branch visits, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Proactively engage with leads assigned in Salesforce (SF) database.

● Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions and follow-ups in SF.

● Make a minimum of 60 connected calls each day to prospects and existing clients.

● Book at least 4 branch visits daily and schedule 2 video calls or home demos.

● Conduct a minimum of 2 branch visits and 1 video call or home demo daily.

● Provide detailed feedback and reports on outcomes of branch visits and video calls/home demos to the reporting manager.

● Divide monthly targets into weekly objectives and ensure consistent achievement.

● Operate from the assigned branch location to optimize productivity and receive support, training, and facilitation.

● Ensure all interactions and engagements comply with company policies and industry regulations.
