Job Description
1. Data Management & Reporting (MIS)
-Maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales, inventory, and operations trackers in Excel
-Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review
-Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, wastage, and cost-saving opportunities
2. Online Ordering Platform Management
-Manage listings, menus, pricing, and offers on Swiggy, Zomato, and other ordering apps
-Track order volumes, ratings, cancellations, and customer complaints; take corrective action
3. Store / Dark Store Operations
-Oversee daily operations of the outlet/dark store – SOP&compliance
-Manage order fulfilment TAT (turnaround time) and packing quality
