Branch Manager

Goal Corporation is expanding and currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales personal for the position of Branch Sales Manager (Mortgages) to lead our sales department in Delhi NCR.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Manage the daily operations of the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative, sales manager or branch manager in mortgages (HL & LAP), consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Candidates applying for the post of branch manager should have minimum 5-6 years’ experience in mortgages and good bond with local dealers / builders.
