Branch Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and team performance.
• Monitor sales targets and ensure branch growth.
• Handle staff management, and floor discipline.
• Support sales and operations teams in achieving business goals.
• Resolve customer escalations and ensure service quality.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Train, motivate, and guide team members.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism Industry.
• Prior experience in team handling or branch management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage targets, operations, and staff efficiently.
