Job Description
- Prior experience in the fashion industry, preferably with a boutique or designer store — mandatory.
- Ability to manage and lead all store operations end-to-end, including customer handling, orders, execution, and daily store activities.
- Strong expertise in client handling — understanding client requirements, suggesting suitable outfits, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Ability to manage orders from consultation to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality are maintained.
- Strong eye for garment finishing, stitching quality, fitting, detailing, and overall presentation.
- Should be capable of overseeing the production team/tailor master, assigning work, monitoring execution, and ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
- Good understanding of basic embroidery techniques and terminology to effectively communicate with and cater to different client requirements.
- Proficient in English with strong verbal communication and client-facing skills
