Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Billing Engineer / Billing Executive with hands-on experience in MB Sheet preparation, RA Billing, Final Billing, and Site Billing Coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare MB (Measurement Book), RA Bills, and Final Bills.
Verify site measurements and reconcile quantities with the BOQ.
Prepare bill abstracts and all supporting documents.
Submit bills to clients/consultants and coordinate for certification.
Follow up at the site and client office for bill approval and payment release.
Resolve billing queries with the client, consultant, and project team.
Maintain billing records and MIS in Advanced MS Excel.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, IF, etc.).
Experience in Construction/Electrical/EPC Billing.
Good understanding of BOQ, measurements, and billing documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years in MB Sheet, RA Billing, and Site Billing.
