Barista / Beverage Counter Executive

* Prior Barista/Beverage Counter experience preferred.

* Good communication and customer service skills.

* Well-groomed, disciplined, and energetic.

* Knowledge of coffee machines, beverages, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and serve coffee, tea, shakes, coolers, and other beverages as per SOPs.

* Prepare, dispense, and monitor soft-serve ice cream quality and consistency.

* Operate, clean, maintain, and coordinate servicing of coffee and soft-serve machines.

* Ensure beverage counter and equipment remain clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.

* Monitor inventory and raise stock requirements on time.

* Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality of all beverages and desserts.

* Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.

* Deliver prompt service and ensure a great customer experience.
