B2B Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and manage *B2B customers* and industrial clients.

* Generate new leads through cold calling, references, networking, exhibitions and market visits.

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/technical solutions.

* Prepare quotations, negotiate commercials and close orders.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.

* Coordinate with *Production, Technical, Dispatch and Accounts* teams for timely order execution.

* Follow up for pending orders, payments and customer requirements.

* Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain *CRM, sales reports, MIS and customer records*.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.

* Conduct customer visits and product presentations/demonstrations.

* Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.

### Required Skills

* Strong *B2B Sales & Business Development* experience.

* Experience in *Manufacturing / Industrial / Engineering Products*.

* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

* Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and Sales MIS.

* Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

### Preferred Qualification

*Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. – Mechanical Engineering* or relevant technical qualification.

### Preferred Industry Experience

Machine Tools | CNC/VMC | Tooling | Cutting Tools | Industrial Equipment | Engineering Products | Manufacturing
