🚨We Are Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – B2B IT Sales🚨

📍 Location: Noida Sector 63
🕘 Shift: Fixed Day Shift
📅 Working Days: 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays Off)
💵 Salary: ₹35,000 per month In-Hand (₹40,000 CTC)
🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B IT/Inside Sales, with a strong understanding of lead generation, client engagement, and end-to-end sales cycle management.
✅ Key Requirements
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT Inside Sales / B2B Sales
• Proven experience in lead generation across Telecom, Cloud, or SaaS domains
• Working knowledge of Cloud, CPaaS, Data Center, and SD-WAN solutions
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and MS Excel for lead tracking and reporting
• Familiarity with tools such as Lusha, Apollo, or other sales intelligence platforms will be an added advantage
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management
• Engage with potential clients, understand business requirements, and pitch relevant IT solutions
• Manage the sales funnel effectively to ensure timely conversions and closures
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the sales process
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
💰 Compensation & Benefits
• CTC: ₹40,000 per month
• In-hand Salary: ₹35,000 per month
• Fixed working hours with a healthy work-life balance
