Job Description

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales to lead and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, achieving revenue targets, managing client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentDrive sales of residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
  • Generate qualified leads through various channels including referrals, digital campaigns, brokers, and direct marketing.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
  • Convert prospects into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and investors.
  • Team ManagementLead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Set KPIs, review performance, and implement action plans for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and company policies.
  • Client Relationship ManagementUnderstand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
  • Handle negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Reporting & MISPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Present sales forecasts and business updates to management.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience3–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills RequiredStrong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of the real estate market and sales processes.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
