Job Description

Responsibilities: CDP (Bakery)


Handle daily bakery production.

Prepare cakes, pastries, cookies, desserts, and other bakery products.

Handle cake icing, 3D fondant decoration, and finishing.

Plan and manage daily production as per orders.

Maintain daily inventory for production planning.

Maintain daily and weekly inventory and ensure stock availability.

Plan the next day's cake production in advance.

Ensure all cakes are ready and dispatched on time.

Follow recipes, production plans, and quality standards.

Check the quality of raw materials and finished products.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery.

Guide and support Commis and junior team members.


Requirements:


Good knowledge of bakery production.

Experience in cakes, pastries, and desserts preferred.

Good knowledge of icing and cake decoration.

Ability to manage production and inventory independently.

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, MS Excel, and basic photo editing.

Good planning and time-management skills.

Good teamwork and discipline.
