Key Responsibilities

• Execute TIG/Argon Welding: Operate TIG welding equipment to join various non-ferrous metals and alloys, ensuring strong, clean, and defect-free joints.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to plan layouts and dimensions.
• Material Preparation: Cut, clean, grind, and fit metal components in accordance with specifications prior to welding.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect welded surfaces and joints for accuracy, strength, and structural flaws.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, troubleshoot, and set up welding torches, gas flow regulators, and machinery.
