Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to identify potential clients.
• Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and business growth.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
• Follow up with clients regularly to identify additional business opportunities and maintain ongoing engagement.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business development objectives.
