AMK Legal Associates, Noida is inviting applications from motivated and dedicated Advocates/Law Graduates to join our legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting legal notices, plaints, written statements, affidavits, applications, petitions, agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.

Handling legal correspondence with clients, courts, government authorities, and corporate entities.

Assisting in and independently managing Civil Court proceedings, including filing, appearances, case preparation, and follow-up.

Conducting legal research and case law analysis.

Preparing case briefs, written submissions, and maintaining case records.

Coordinating with clients and ensuring timely compliance with court procedures and deadlines.

Assisting in matters relating to Commercial, Labour, Civil, Arbitration, Consumer, and other litigation matters.

Requirements:

LL.B. degree and enrollment with the Bar Council.

Practical experience in drafting legal documents and legal correspondence.

Good knowledge of Civil Court procedures, CPC, Evidence Act, and general litigation practice.

Proficiency in MS Word, legal drafting, and online court portals.

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple matters efficiently.

Prior litigation experience will be preferred.

Experience: 5 years

Location: Sector-1, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications, drafting ability, and experience.
