Admission Counsellor

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our team as Academic Counselors. The role involves interacting with students and parents, understanding their educational requirements, providing suitable course/program recommendations, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

This is a counselling + inside sales role, ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, building relationships, and working towards targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with students/parents through calls and other communication channels.

* Understand their academic goals, requirements, and challenges.

* Explain courses, programs, benefits, and career opportunities clearly.

* Counsel prospective students and help them choose the right program.

* Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

* Convert interested prospects into enrollments/admissions.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.

* Coordinate with the academic and sales teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
