Job Description

Responsibilities:-


  • Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and learning pathways.
  • Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins, and social media.
  • Convert enquiries into successful admissions through effective counselling and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and parents.
  • Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Assist students with the admission process, documentation, and fee-related formalities.
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Represent Svarna Training Academy with professionalism and integrity.
