Counsel students and parents about study abroad programs.
Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Explain courses, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
Maintain student records and update CRM/Excel.
Provide end-to-end support throughout the admission process.
