Profile - Account Executive

Experience - 3-4 Yeras

Salary - 30K-40K

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day accounting operations and vendor payments.

* Handle Accounts Payable activities including invoice verification, processing, and reconciliation.

* Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including filing support and reconciliation.

* Manage MSME vendor payments and ensure adherence to statutory timelines.

* Handle transactions related to Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM).

* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

* Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for payment-related queries.

* Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

* Prepare MIS reports and support audit requirements.

* Ensure proper accounting entries and reconciliations in ERP/accounting systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

* Strong knowledge of:

  * GST compliance

  * Accounts Payable

  * MSME vendor management

  * Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM)

* Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

* Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.

* Strong analytical and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
